With five offices across Europe, you’ll be able to work with colleagues from different countries. We also offer secondments to all our locations, including our partners at D.A. Davidson & Co. in the U.S.

Flexibility & Balance

We’ll give you as much flexibility as possible. Working from home isn’t an issue, we’ll allow you to work remotely whenever it fits. We also offer one month of additional paid time-off after each five years with the company.

    Hiring Process

    At MCF, we value an entrepreneurial mindset and true team players. We’re looking for enthusiastic communicators and analytical minds. If that sounds like you, we are looking forward to your application. Each recruitment process will be individually tailored to candidates and positions, but here are the typical steps in our process.

    Application

    Apply for an open position or through the general application via our website. Simply fill in our form and upload your CV and optionally a motivation letter and your certificates/diplomas. Please use our website only to apply and refrain from sending your application via e-mail.

    Interview

    Interviews are a two-way street. We want to get to know you, but it’s a chance for you to get to know MCF and your potential future colleagues. Tell us about yourself, and feel free to ask questions about us.

    Technical/Case study

    This is your time to shine! We’ll be giving you a case study or asking a set of technical questions to make sure you have the right skills to match our roles.
