Andreas Stenbäck, Partner at the Stockholm office has decided to leave MCF after 15 years with the company. Andreas will assume the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Investments Officer (CIO) at Volati, effective as of fall 2019. Andreas will continue to work fulltime at MCF Stockholm up until summer 2019.
“I feel very proud to have been part of the MCF team and during my time here, I’ve had the privilege to work with our great clients, landmark transactions and of course our incredible team of professionals. I share a love and respect for the DNA of this firm and I strongly believe in the trajectory set for MCF going forward.
Following my 15 years at both Keystone Advisers and MCF, it feels natural to take the next step and challenge myself in a new role at a company I have followed as a client. With the strong project pipeline, execution track record and a great team of professionals, I am confident that MCF’s future is as bright as ever”, says Andreas Stenbäck.
“Since the merger of Keystone Advisers and MCF in 2016, Andreas has been important in the development of our platform in Sweden. MCF’s Nordic operations, altogether a team of more than 25 employees, will continue to serve our clients with best-in-class advisory services, as well as continue developing MCF’s strong franchise in the region.
Under the leadership of our Nordic Partners Robert Bäckström, Mika Galkin, Andreas Heder, Nils Petter Palmefors, Ville Sihto, Kalle Uljas and Jussi Vuorinen, we look forward to continuing working with our clients in their corporate finance needs. We stay true to our claim – to invest in relationships.
On behalf of the whole Partnership, I want to thank Andreas for his important contributions, and we look forward to working with him on the client side in the future”, says Hans-Christoph Stadel, Managing Partner.
