MCF advised Pulsen Group’s subsidiary Releasy Customer Management AB on the acquisition of Nesenta Group Oy
Releasy Customer Management AB (“Releasy”), a leading Swedish provider of outsourced customer service and a subsidiary of Pulsen Group, has acquired 100% of the issued shares in Nesenta Group Oy (“Nesenta”) from its owners. Through this transaction, Releasy further expands its geographic presence in outsourced customer service to also cover Finland, thereby establishing a leading Nordic platform for continued growth.
MCF advised Releasy and helped facilitate the deal through its proven ability to successfully source and execute cross-border transactions. This acquisition represents another successful cross-border transaction supporting Releasy, remarkably the second transaction within a year.
