Matti Ruotsala

Matti Ruotsala is an Industry Adviser to MCF Corporate Finance. He holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Helsinki University of Technology (Aalto University). Matti holds and has held several key positions of trust in Finnish listed and non-listed companies, such as Chairman of the Board of PKC Group Oyj and Caruna Networks Oy, Member of the Board of Halton Group Ltd, Chairman of the Board of Teollisuuden Voima Oyj, Chairman of the Board of Componenta Oyj and Kemijoki Oy. He has also served as the Deputy CEO and COO of Fortum Corporation, Vice President of AGCO Corporation, Managing Director of Valtra Ltd and Chief Operating Officer and Deputy CEO of Konecranes Plc.
