Bror Axberg brings a wealth of experience gained from his leadership roles at some of the most prominent firms in the financial industry. He has held key positions at Handelsbanken Capital Markets, SEB, Oehlandt et Co, Enskilda Securities, and Alfred Berg. His deep understanding of the Nordic and international markets, combined with his extensive network and specialisation in cross-border M&A, positions him as a valuable addition to MCF Corporate Finance’s growing team.
Throughout his distinguished career, Bror has played a key role in shaping Nordic M&A, advising on landmark transactions for corporates across diverse industries and financial sponsors. He has built long-term client relationships with companies across a broad spectrum of industries as well as financial sponsors and has established strong relationships with key decision-makers. He has advised on public takeovers, mergers, and demergers, navigating complex assignments, and offering creative solutions to multifaceted challenges. Most recently, Bror advised Handelsbanken on its carve-out and sale of banking, life insurance, and asset management operations in Finland, showcasing his ability to lead intricate and transformative deals.
