Founded in 2011, C Land Logistics is an independent Swedish freight forwarder with a strong position within freight forwarding towards the SME market.
The service offering includes sea, air and rail freight forwarding to and from every continent in the world with a focus on routes between Sweden and Asia. MCF supported the owners in reviewing the options and ultimately finding the right partner for C Land’s journey ahead. The transaction adds to MCF’s logistics record.

Fr. Meyer’s Sohn (FMS) is a global forwarding company that holds a position among the world’s top 10 sea freight forwarding firms.
FMS has various customers in Sweden focusing on export business. With the acquisition of C Land, FMS is now in closer proximity to its existing Swedish customers and gains advantages in the export-import combination.
