MCF advises the owners of Match2One on the sale to Media and Games Invest SE

Match2One, a Swedish software company that has developed a multi-layered AI-powered demand side platform (DSP) for programmatic advertising, has been sold to Media and Games Invest SE.

In this transaction, MCF acted as adviser to the owners of Match2One, leveraging its expertise in facilitating and executing bilateral transactions as well as in enabling a long-term relationship between the two parties. The owners of Match2One mandated MCF to advise in the sales process in which the company was sold to Media and Games Invest SE (“MGI”). With MGI, Match2One will gain a strong partner with technological expertise and an international footprint to further accelerate growth and internationalisation.
