Dr Christoph Stoecker

Dr. Christoph Stoecker is a senior advisor at MCF Corporate Finance, specialising in corporate law and M&A. Before joining MCF in 1998, he was a Partner at a prominent German law firm, focusing on corporate law and M&A transactions. Since 2015, Christoph has also served as Of-Counsel at the international law firm DLA Piper, where he continues to specialize in these areas. He holds a PhD in Law (Dr. jur) from the University of Hamburg and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from the University of Sydney, alongside law studies at the University of Cologne and the University of Lausanne.
