Paula holds a master’s degree in management from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Before joining MCF in 2024, she gained experience in M&A at a Boutique in Düsseldorf. She also completed internships in the biotechnology and semiconductor industry.

In my free time, I am a passionate tennis player and enjoy the thrill of boxing. Whenever I get the chance, I love travelling and exploring new countries.
